You care deeply about your clients.
✔️ You run labs.
✔️ You build thoughtful plans.
✔️ You design personalized supplement protocols.
✔️ You add nervous system tools.
✔️ You suggest lifestyle changes.
And still…
X Some do everything “right” but don’t heal
X Some can’t follow through
X Some react to everything
X Some improve… then regress
X Some depend on you to fix them
You’re not doing it wrong. You’ve reached the limit of protocol-first care.
More information doesn’t always create better results. You’re ready for the next professional layer
Most training focuses on lab results, diet plans, supplement and lifestyle protocols.
Very few programs also teach you how to:
• Understand how stress patterns live in the body
• See how trauma can shape the body over time
• Navigate cases when progress suddenly stalls
• Work with clients instead of carrying the whole plan yourself
• Stay grounded when healing gets messy
Most practitioners are trained to create the plan.
Very few are trained to lead the process.
When power stays external, change stays limited.
➡️ So you add more.
➡️ Clients stall & get frustrated.
➡️ You carry the weight.
➡️ Burnout builds.

That’s the hidden ceiling most practitioners never get past — until they learn both the physical and deeper emotional & metaphysical layers.

HTMA reveals long-term stress adaptation patterns. That’s the differentiator.

Holistic HTMA Pro is the only certification that teaches HTMA through this integrated lens.

This is not about doing more. It’s about practicing at a higher standard.

Most practitioners learn to say:
“I create your healing plan.”
We teach you to shift to:
“Let’s understand what your body is responding to — and build this together.”
Healing deepens when clients have a voice.
When clients help shape the plan:
• They feel more motivated
• They follow through
• They trust themselves
• Results last
• You don't feel the pressure to "fix."
Stronger clients build stronger practices.
You want that, don't you?

Holistic HTMA Pro was built from two different paths that reached the same conclusion:
Protocols and personalized plans alone are not enough.
Jen brings 20+ years in education, advanced degrees in Counseling and Psychology, and lived experience navigating complex PTSD and chronic illness after investing over $500,000 searching for answers.
Sara is a Registered Dietitian with 20+ years of clinical experience and a thriving private practice built after confronting the limits of protocol-first care.
Together, they integrated psychology, physiology, and real-world application into one cohesive model.
This framework built six-figure, referral-driven, waitlist practices.
Now it becomes yours.
Twice-monthly live Zoom sessions with case reviews, coaching, and direct access to Jen and Sara.
Step-by-step guidance on interpreting and applying HTMA as a healing roadmap — not just a mineral chart.
A proprietary tool to interpret HTMA reports, organize patterns clearly, think critically, and deliver results with confidence.
Adult. Pediatric. Retesting case studies. See exactly how results are delivered in action.
Save hours of time and feel prepared walking into every session with DFY resources.
Ongoing support, collaboration, and encouragement from fellow practitioners.

Information alone doesn't build practices. Serious practitioners invest in skill.
And deeper breakthroughs build sustainable practices.
This program is for people who want to explore a truly holistic, whole-person, trauma-informed approach to mineral balancing, healing, and wellness.
It isn't a fit for those who want to learn to interpret and implement the HTMA through a strictly biochemical lens, using linear, prescriptive protocols to correct mineral imbalances. We've recognized that simply swapping conventional labs and medications for functional labs and supplement protocols is neither functional nor holistic.
We believe it's essential to move away from the outdated, ineffective, expert-based paradigm that dominates the functional health and wellness space. What clients truly need is to be empowered as their own healers.
This program gives coaches and practitioners the knowledge, strategies, tools, and resources to guide and catalyze that transformation. In line with this philosophy, the program goes well beyond biochemistry. It takes an out-of-the-box, whole-system, whole-person perspective, using the HTMA as a foundational investigative and therapeutic tool.
It also emphasizes developing critical thinking skills and integrating physiological and psychological concepts into your own unique approach.
This learning style will likely challenge your existing beliefs and approaches to healing and wellness, and it may prompt shifts in both your personal wellness and your coaching business. That process can bring discomfort and resistance to change, but it also opens the door to significant breakthroughs and personal and professional growth.
As Holistic HTMA Pro graduate Sarah Chauvin puts it:
"This program is for you if you are aligned with a deeper level of healing and learning how to unlearn a biochemical-ONLY approach to healing using the HTMA."
We haven't taken every HTMA training out there, but between us, we've taken several.
While they did teach the ins and outs of working with HTMA and offered real value, we didn't feel they were holistic enough, or that they gave us the knowledge, tools, and skills to work with clients effectively at the trauma-informed, whole-person, whole-system level we've come to see as essential for good client outcomes.
And it's not just us. We've heard the same from many others throughout the health and wellness industry.
So we took everything we'd learned and synthesized it into the course we wish we'd had when we were learning HTMA.
While previous trainings will support and enhance your learning experience and give you a foundation to build on, this training is designed to be valuable as a stand-alone program, giving you the skill set to effectively interpret and implement the HTMA through the lens of psychoneuroimmunology.
We don't follow or teach any single philosophy or school of thought. We're anti-dogma and anti-"standard" approaches or protocols. Instead, we draw from a variety of them and teach a well-rounded, whole-system, whole-person approach that emphasizes critical thinking, working with the client in front of you, and embracing bioindividuality: theirs and yours! :)
Healing from chronic health conditions and the life stress that comes with them is a multifaceted process, so no single tool can meet every need. Because of the vast amount of data it provides, the HTMA is an incredible tool to have in your toolkit for a whole-person, whole-system approach.
You can successfully build a business purely around the HTMA, as long as you're clear about that in your marketing, you're highly skilled at coaching clients through the many stressors the lab uncovers, and you understand the limitations that come with a single focus.
Again, we see the HTMA as a highly valuable component of a comprehensive, holistic approach, not the entire approach.
Yes, they can!
Although this is a practitioner-level training, it will absolutely benefit motivated, self-starting non-practitioners who want to learn a holistic, trauma-informed approach to interpreting and implementing the HTMA to support their own healing journey.
It's important to understand that all chronic dis-ease, regardless of the label, stems from the same underlying body, mind, and spirit stressors. Which stressors are an issue, to what degree, and how they show up will vary from person to person based on each individual's unique life experiences, environmental exposures, and underlying predispositions.
Healing and building sustainable wellness are all about removing stressors and creating the right environment inside and outside the body so that health can follow.
The HTMA is a dynamic investigative tool that supports this process by providing a big-picture look at how the body's systems are functioning at the cellular level, toxic burden and detox capacity, and the impact of trauma on our well-being: physical, mental, and emotional.
That data can then help guide the co-creation of bio-individual, whole-person, whole-system self-healing plans.

Yes. We strongly encourage you to complete certification within 12 months of enrollment. Your enrollment includes 12 months of WCA Professional Membership, and some certification requirements can only be completed through the membership.
Finishing within 12 months also secures your lifetime portal access (see “Will students have lifetime access to the course materials?” below). The membership includes bi-monthly live sessions where we answer your questions about all things Holistic Healer Success and review in-depth case studies when they’re submitted.
If you need more time, you can continue the WCA Professional Membership as a paid membership. Please note that this is separate from student portal access, which has its own extension fee (see below). Full details are in the course curriculum.
Yes, if you earn certification within 12 months of enrollment, you keep portal access for the life of the program. If you haven’t certified by then, continued portal access requires an annual extension fee of $697. This is separate from the WCA Professional Membership. Earn certification during an extension year, and you keep portal access for the life of the program with no further fees. If you don’t pay the extension fee, portal access ends at the close of your current access period.
This depends on your learning style, how you work best, and how soon you'd like to finish the program.
Although there's no set timeline, we suggest aiming to finish within the 12 months that you have access to the membership as part of your investment. The sooner you finish, the sooner you can apply what you've learned and use it to grow your business.
To get there, we recommend setting aside 30 minutes to an hour or more daily, or a few hours two or three days a week. Whatever schedule you choose, commit to it.
Success at anything in life comes from taking consistent action.
Certification is based on:
•Mindful and focused consumption of all program content
•Professional and respectful conduct at all times
•Post your top 3 KEY TAKEAWAYS for each module as you complete them inside the student portal -- and keep a hard copy document to be turned in at the end of the program. NOTE: These don't need to be extensive; they can be 1-2 sentences each in bullet-point format if you choose. They just need to depict your focus on and mindful engagement with the material and ability to put thoughts in your own words, not simply copying verbiage from the PPT presentations or other learning materials.
•Successful completion (90% or better) of all the online module quizzes/comprehension checks (multiple-choice format/ten questions each). You can take quizzes 3x.
•Completion of 2 practice HTMA case studies
•120-question, open-note, multiple-choice/true-false/matching format final exam, where 100 questions will be the same from the module quizzes, and the other 20 will come from the module materials. For this reason, we highly recommend printing off a hard copy of the PDF versions of the quizzes and keeping track of the correct answers after completing the online versions. You can take the exam 3x.
•Final personal reflection and feedback assignment
FOR THOSE WHO ENROLLED AFTER JUNE 2026, ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
•Same as above but...Attend at least 12 of the live Membership Zoom calls with your camera on and actively participate (ask questions, provide input on topics discussed, etc.) NOTE: If time zone or other issues make this prohibitive, you will need to watch at least 12 of the replays and submit a document with 3 key takeaways for each session, along with all other certification requirements (to be submitted at the end of the program). Keep track of the sessions you attend. We do the same.
•Submit at least TWO case studies (one can be your own) for a detailed review during a LIVE Membership Zoom call (directions can be found in the WCA Membership portal). You will need to be present for these sessions.
You can ask specific questions on each lesson, inside the Community, in our private Facebook group, and during the bi-monthly live Membership calls. If you need more 1:1 support with a case, single 1:1 sessions are available for purchase inside the course. You can also submit full case studies for a more detailed review during the live Membership calls.
We prefer, use, and recommend Trace Elements Lab but if for some reason an account with this lab is not available due to world location or some other circumstance, then our second go to would be Analytical Research Lab.
Here are the stipulations for establishing an account with Trace Elements Lab:
•Need an EIN (employee identification number), which one gets when they form a business entity of some kind such as an LLC
•Need a health practitioner/coach training certificate of some kind. It doesn't need to be HTMA-specific, so if you already have one you can proceed and if not, this program will count.
•California or New York -- Due to restrictive laws, the lab cannot accept hair samples from NY or grant accounts to any practitioner that lives there. CA --ONLY licensed practitioners can get accounts (as of late 2022). The workaround is to order the lab for your clients through Sara for a small fee.
•International practitioners need to contact Trace Elements Lab and ask them to give you the contact for a cooperating lab closest to you but will also need to establish a US account if you work with clients in the US.
The short answer is no.
The longer answer is that each country, and each US state, has its own rules and regulations for working with clients in this capacity and offering guidance on nutrition, supplements, and other lifestyle-medicine-based healing interventions.
It's up to each practitioner to learn the laws where they live and make sure they work within their legal scope of practice.
In the program, we teach all about the dynamic, bidirectional relationship between these factors.
Our personal and professional experience has shown us that we can't heal one without the other, and we've realized that our past health and wellness trainings fell short when it came to working with and healing psychology.
With that in mind, this program gives equal attention to both, taking participants deep into the realm of psychoneuroimmunology.
As mentioned throughout this page, this program teaches a trauma-informed, whole-person, whole-system approach to mineral balancing.
In this model of healing and wellness, there's no such thing as a one-size-fits-all protocol.
Instead, you'll gain the knowledge, resources, skills, and tools to embrace bio-individuality, meet the needs of the client sitting in front of you, and collaborate with them to co-create strategic, effective self-healing plans.
Yes, the training covers the connection between specific mineral patterns and associated clusters of beliefs and mental and emotional blocks. That said, there are many complexities and nuances here that can't be reduced to concrete lists or set ways of helping clients resolve them.
Again, you'll gain the knowledge, resources, skills, and tools to embrace bio-individuality, meet the needs of the client sitting in front of you, and co-create strategic, effective self-healing plans, including working through mental and emotional barriers.
Because there's a strong connection between minerals and gut health, YES, this program covers the mineral derangement patterns most associated with digestive dysfunction and provides guidance and actionable steps for working with clients on healing the gut.
That said, this is an HTMA-specific training, not a gut-healing training. It isn't feasible to teach the HTMA alongside comprehensive education on healing the many different digestive conditions, all the ways of clearing parasites and other gut pathogens, and healing and sealing the gut.
It's also important to understand that clearing parasites and other gut pathogens starts with the foundations: optimizing detox pathways, clearing toxicity, optimizing nutrient status, eating to reduce inflammation, and creating an environment inside the body and in one's life that isn't conducive to parasites and other pathogens. This course absolutely covers all of that, and MORE!
Covering everything you need to know about addressing parasites and other gut pathogens is an entire course on its own.
We introduce it, discuss how it's used alongside the HTMA, and demonstrate it in action. But again, this is an HTMA-specific training, not an energy-testing training.
If you'd like to learn it in depth, it's part of our 1-year Wellness Code Holistic Healing, Wellness, and Life Optimization Practitioner Certification Program.
You can learn more HERE.
You'll have the option to purchase a 1:1 HTMA Results Session after Module 6.
It's offered then because the purpose of this session isn't to provide personalized health coaching, but to support and deepen your learning of mineral balancing. There's no better way to learn mineral balancing thanby doing it for yourself.
This option is for you only. It can't be used for family members or anyone else.
