Holistic HTMA Pro -- Self-Paced Practitioner Certification Program

Program Summary & Inclusions 

The Holistic HTMA Pro Self-Paced Practitioner Certification Program is a 12-module immersion that provides comprehensive and truly holistic training on interpreting and implementing the HTMA (Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis) through the lens of the impact of trauma, psychoneuroimmunology, and whole-person/whole-system healing. It provides a wealth of knowledge, tools, and strategies for guiding clients to become empowered self-healers and create sustainable wellness.

The program includes:  


1. 12 prerecorded video modules + ancillary support materials and done-for-you guides 

2. Access to the student portal for the life of the programIn other words, if the program you enrolled in is running, you’ll have access to it.

3. Course portal Community access – this is where you can ask program-specific questions and where you need to drop your 3 key takeaways for each module as part of the certification requirements.

4. Invitation to the join the private Facebook group: Holistic HTMA Pro and Wellness Code Program Group. This group serves as a platform for receiving guidance, getting feedback on client-related matters, asking questions, and engaging with both the facilitators and fellow participants to enrich the learning experience.  

5. Holistic HTMA Pro Practitioner Certification upon successful completion of all certification requirements 

6. Opportunity to purchase a 1:1 personalized HTMA results session with Jen or Sara at a discounted rate if you choose to after module 6 to support and deepen your learning

7.  Eligibility to join the low-cost PAID WCA Professional Membership
NOTE: Those who enrolled after April 14th 2025 per the new pricing of $3497 receive 6 months of the membership included, which starts the day of the investment.

30-Day Refund Policy:

You have up to 30 days from your date of purchase to request a full refund provided the following requirements are met.

To begin, you must be unsatisfied with the value of the program and show material to prove that you’ve participated and completed the course material.

The following criteria must be met to be eligible for a refund:

1. You must have watched all the videos and completed the quizzes, action steps, 3 key takeaways (per module within the student portal and your hard copy version), and any other course-related work through at least module 3. This also applies to any additional module beyond module 3. You will need provide proof of your work with screen shots of your key takeaways inside the portal, links to folders you’ve created in Google Drive, Dropbox, or wherever to organize the program materials, and copies of completed and self-graded quizzes.

2. You must post at least 6 HTMA-specific questions in the Facebook Group or student portal and provide screen shots of them.

3. You must post at least at least 2 client HTMA results (with names blocked out for privacy reasons) with specific questions either in the Facebook Group or student portal and provide screen shots.  

4. You must write a personal statement that professionally articulates the reasons you’re unsatisfied with the program with specific examples from the program.  


5. You must show up LIVE (with camera on) to at least ONE of the Live Membership calls via Zoom and participate (meaning asking questions, engaging in the conversation, providing feedback and reflection on the topic discussed).

6. You must submit at least one detailed case study (even if it your own) to be presented and discussed during the LIVE Membership Zoom call.

NOTE - No Refunds Will be Given if the 30-Day Requirements Are Not Met

No refunds will be given if the 30-day requirements are not met for factors such as buyer’s remorse , not being able to make time for the course, changing your mind, or any other reason.  By purchasing this program, you agree to not dispute any credit card charges/request a charge back. In the event of a dispute,  you acknowledge that this agreement will be provided to your credit card company as evidence of your commitment not to dispute such charges if the 30-day requirements are not met.

Payment Plan Failure Process

If you opt for a payment plan and the payment fails to process at any point, you will lose access to the entire program, no matter how far you've advanced, until the issue is fully resolved.  

This is a NON-NEGOTIABLE POLICY.

Code of Conduct Policy

This is a professional development training program and it requires professional, respectful, and emotionally regulated conduct, always. 


There is a zero tolerance policy for disruptive conduct/behavior that threatens the peace and safety of program participants, the instructors, the learning environment, and/or the program's integrity.

This includes emails, the student portal, the Facebook Group, etc. In the event a participant's behavior/conduct demonstrates as volatile, disruptive, and unsafe, the participant will be removed from the program altogether, losing access to the program and it's features -- as well as the right to use any content (in a professional capacity) that may have been downloaded up the point of removal from the program.  

Examples of behavior deemed as volatile, disruptive, and unsafe include but are not limited to:

1. Bullying
2. Lashing out
3. Inability to regulate emotions
4. Inability to handle conflicts peacefully and per the stipulations of the program
5. Inability to follow group conduct rules
6. Threats
7. Accusations
8. Yelling
9. Insulting
10. Demanding things beyond what the program provides
11. Interrupting others and attempting to monopolize speaking time during live sessions
12. Sending hostile messages and/or emails
Etc.
 
This is A NON-NEGOTIABLE POLICY.

Note:  If removal from the program happens within the refund windows, a refund will be granted per the refund policy. No refunds will be issued if it happens outside of the refund windows.  

Intellectual Property

All copyrighted materials that you will be provided with throughout this program, including the transcript guides, learning guides, PDF guides, handouts, checklists, and more, cannot be duplicated with your branding placed on them. All copyrighted material must retain the Wellness Code Academy branding and copyright footers.

Single Access Policy -- No Sharing Login Credentials with Another User

Your login credentials are for your use only, from a single IP address, and not to be shared with anybody else from another IP address. This can be tracked and failure to abide by this rule is a breach of these terms of service and a violation of intellectual property and will result in removal from the course. 

No Liability / No Medical Claims 

By participating in this program and signing this document, you acknowledge and accept that the instructors, Jennifer Ellis-Schuetz and Sara Korzeniewski, and any others that they may bring in to present in this program:

1. are not medically qualified;
2. are not a substitute for advice or services from a qualified, licensed physician or licensed mental health professional;
3. do not diagnose, treat, manage, or cure disease
4. recommend that you consult your doctor before making any changes to your diet or exercise regime or taking any dietary supplement;
5. do not warrant the accuracy of any information provided;
6. are not liable for any losses you or your clients may suffer by relying on the recommendations;
7. do not recommend any particular product;

are not a covered entity or a business associate of a covered entity under HIPAA

Booking a 1:1 HTMA Results Support Session

If one desires a personalized 1:1 HTMA coaching session to help support and deepen one's learning and is for program participants ONLY.  

It’s NOT intended for us to provide individualized health coaching services for chronic health issues and cannot be used for anybody outside of the program.  

One can purchase this session inside the student portal after module 6 for an additional fee.

Exclusion of Warranties

The instructors will provide and deliver content to you within this group program with reasonable care and skill. They make no other warranty, express or implied, with respect to those services. All other warranties are excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law. We make no warranty as to the accuracy of any content taught or recommendations provided with this group program.

We make no warranty, expressed or implied, as to the quality or effectiveness of any content taught or lifestyle and supplement recommendations provided with this group program. In no event will we be liable for any physical or mental injury, or any negative side effects, that may arise from your choice to implement any of the knowledge, strategies, or recommendations presented to you within this group program.
