HTMA Retest Shows No Change… Now What?

Few things are more frustrating than reviewing a follow-up HTMA and realizing… almost nothing has changed.

The natural response is to ask:

What did I miss?

Should I add another supplement? Run another test? Look deeper for mold? Change the protocol?

Those are the questions most of us have been trained to ask.

But what if they're not the most important questions?

The Shift That Changed My Practice

I recently came across a practitioner case that stopped me in my tracks—not because I thought she was wrong, but because years ago I would have approached it the exact same way.

Reading her case reminded me of one mindset shift that completely changed how I interpret HTMAs and support my clients.

It wasn't another protocol.

It wasn't another lab.

And it wasn't another supplement.
